INTRODUCTION

Cet essai met l'accent sur la métaphore de la cérémonie définitionnelle et sur la structure que cela donne au travail avec les équipes réfléchissantes. J'ai écrit ceci pour compléter deux autres articles sur ce sujet (White, 1995, 1997). Je n'ai pas l'intention de reproduire ici des aspects significatifs de ces deux articles, ni d'en faire un résumé. Je voulais plutôt écrire un essai qui compléterait ce que j'ai déjà écrit sur ce sujet, afin que les trois articles puissent être lus ensemble.
